The cookies 6/17/12
Gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.
I used a recipe I found somewhere or multiple places and spliced them together. A cup and 2 Tbs of sugar, a cup of peanut butter, a dash of vanilla and a Tbs of milk. And ofc chocolate chips. Chilled then cooked at 350 for 7 min. They were amazingly greasy and tough around the edges. Next time I think I’m going to chill much longer, and use freshly ground peanut butter instead of jif.
